All turf areas shall be serviced once a week or as needed from March 20th to November 17th. Toward the end of the season, certain types of grass may not need to be serviced every week (Mid-September to October). During those months, our policy is that your property will not be serviced if it is not growing. Mower blades will be sharp at all times to provide a high-quality cut which will help minimize turf disease. Mower heights will be no more than 4" and no less than 3".
When we are servicing turf areas surrounding vehicles, AC units, or high-traffic areas where side-discharging may blow unwanted lawn debris, clippings may be collected using the Walker GHS system or mulched to achieve superior cut quality while minimizing visible clippings. All sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaced areas bordered by turf will be trimmed at a 90-degree edge every service. String trimmers will be used around buildings and other obstacles; areas around trees will be string-trimmed on a bi-weekly schedule to help minimize injury to the bark. All hard surfaces will then be blown off to remove any grass clippings.
